Belinda and Rich Spalding are genuine fitness enthusiasts.
Belinda is the "street cred" of the team. A licensed trainer, certified sports nutrionist, avid runner and overall fitness fan. She has been a leader on the fitness scene for over 25 years and has helped train hundreds of clients.
Rich is a CPA, aka, "the numbers guy". He is certified as a nutritionist and fitness trainer, a former cardioholic runner turned gym rat, and macro tracking machine head. He has been involved in fitness for 20 years and with an increased focus on diet regimen.
Most importantly, both have spent hours in the gym, outdoors running, biking, kayaking and walking. In all this time, they have met and talked with numerous people of all different fitness backgrounds and have heard time and again a similar refrain: How do I lose weight and stay in shape? How do I know which diet to follow? How come I spend hours at the gym and see little result? How come it's so confusing?
